Blank!
Mind Dump Monday!
My mind is blank today. Well. Today being Sunday. I had an annoying night and that tends to drag me down. The last week has been one thing after another. Wednesday, got my eyes medicated, so they’ve been a little sore and puffy. By tomorrow, they should be back to normal. My retina doctor says they’ve improved greatly and even with my glasses off and eyes numbed and dilated, I could see that my irises were finally normal a normal round shape…and not the erupting volcano shape they were in last year. The floaters were annoying and I had a huge blurry spot in the middle of my left eye. That’s gone. Not only that, but I’m beginning to wonder if I actually need bifocals. My glasses are too strong! I’ve scheduled the eye operations for both of them in May! Hurray!
And in the news of my health, I am walking better and better. I need to work on my balance on uneven ground so that I can walk freely. Right now, walking on uneven surfaces bothers me. I can walk around my house, but really need to start using my walker outside in the grass. Also…need to mow the back lawn. It’s a jungle out there and the dogs are getting lost.
I’m close to the end of Fools Gold. Having sore eyes slowed me down, but there’s only about 4-5 chapters left to write. With my eyes sore, I traveled down a temporary hole that changes the beginning of Sapphire Seas, because I couldn’t have my MCs do something as foolhardy as what I’d originally planned. Even if it wasn’t their fault. Thankfully, I’m not to that book yet and not ready to write the outline. I’ll do that when I finish Fools Gold.
Let’s just say…it begins with a lot of fire, ash, and exploding birds. (Totally out of context.)

Yay for even more recovery!
